Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our services:

• Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable
• Monthly services can be cancelled with [30 days] written notice
• Refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion

Where refunds apply, they may be subject to a reasonable admin or service deduction.

• They do not provide legal, medical, or financial advice
• Conversations may be monitored to improve performance
• You may request a human to intervene at any point

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months
